Mechanical focus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Design Engineer \u2013 Requirements:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or oil &amp; gas industries<\/li>\n \t<li>Graduate from University or College in relevant fields<\/li>\n \t<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Lead Engineer \u2013 Requirements:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Construction Mechanics, Welding Materials Engineering, or related disciplines<\/li>\n \t<li>At least 5\u20137 years of relevant experience in industrial welding, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role<\/li>\n \t<li>Proficient in welding standards: AWS, ASME, ISO, TCVN<\/li>\n \t<li>Able to read and verify WPS\/PQR documents and technical drawings<\/li>\n \t<li>Welding certification or International Welding Engineer qualification is a strong advantage<\/li>\n \t<li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills<\/li>\n \t<li>Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software<\/li>\n \t<li>Preferred experience in structural mechanics, piping systems, tanks, steel structures, or energy-related projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong> Salary &amp;
