PROJECT: FABRICATION & ERECTION OF PRE-ENGINEERED STEEL STRUCTURE

ISS carries out the fabrication and erection of the structural steel frame for a pre-engineered steel building, ensuring consistency and coordination between design, fabrication, and on-site construction.

🔧 Main execution process includes:

🔹 Design & Shop Drawing Preparation

Based on the design documents, the engineering team develops detailed shop drawings for each structural member, ensuring accuracy in fabrication and erection.

🔹 Fabrication at Workshop

Structural components are cut, welded, drilled, and coated with anti-corrosion paint under a quality control process. Welding works utilize MIG CO₂ welding and manual arc welding, requiring skilled welders to produce uniform weld beads with proper penetration, minimizing deformation and ensuring strong and reliable structural connections.

🔹 Transportation

After fabrication, the components are transported to the site using suitable methods to ensure safety and maintain product integrity.

🔹 On-site Erection

Installation is carried out in technical sequence: columns – beams – rafters – auxiliary components, ensuring alignment, elevation, and connections in accordance with the design.
